  • To be responsible for Health & Safety of myself and others, in line with full risk and method statements for tasks that are carried out before every work duty is carried out
  • Statutory Inspections to comply with Legislation accordance to F-Gas regulations on Multi Split and VRV Air conditioning systems
  • Working on Carrier, Denco and York chiller units
  • Respond to reactive maintenance though a PDA system to meet KPI’s and meantime to fix in a timely manner to reduce loss of production
  • Responsible of keeping server rooms to an optimal temperature
  • Taking on other roles in the 20 years’ service in Electrical maintenance, plumbing, general repairs to the estate from tarmac to roof repairs taking on a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Maintenance on L.V/H.V switchgear and documenting various tests such as injection current, switch tripping and various other requirements
