  • City and guilds 207 parts 1, 2, 3 and 7
  • F-Gas qualified (class 1)
  • Daikin VRV 3 pipe heat recovery installation, commissioning and fault finding
  • Mitsubishi R2 installation, commissioning and fault finding
  • Mitsubishi M2 installation, commissioning and fault finding
  • Hitachi VRV installation and fault finding
  • IOSH Qualified
  • CSCS card holder
  • GCSE’S in Maths, English, Chemistry, Physics T.D., History and Geography.
  • Full clean driving licence.

  • Responsible for installing air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, VRV’s, VRF’s and DX systems including the necessary control wiring and B.M.S. Working on projects through to commissioning. Managing teams of engineers and apprentices, performing site surveys and developing installation plans. Responsible for PPM’s service and breakdowns, dealing directly with blue chip facilities management companies on larger sites.

  • Answering to the projects operations manager. Responsible from receiving the project from the estimating department to the handover of the project and settling the final accounts.
  • I was responsible for doing the takeoff of the drawings, obtaining quotes for materials, raising orders, attending scoping, pre-start, progress and handover meetings. Organising the day to day labour of both directly employed and sub-contractors, this could mean upwards of 18 pairs of engineers and mates. Agreeing additional costs or savings with clients, submitting applications and invoices. Working closely with our in house CAD technician to finalise designs. Devising work programmes and sequences of works as necessary.

  • Initially employed by ACE in a supervisory role to oversee the standards and quality of the installations, undertaking commissioning duties and bespoke reactive problems
