  • In September of 2009 I was successful in gaining full time employment with xxxxx. I have now been working for them for 6 years and 5 months. In which I have carried on my air con trade and have also gained experience of BMS’s, HVAC and plumbing. EMI has presently contracts for PPM’s and the installation of equipment with Tesco and Lidl being the two main blue chip companies along with various others. Marks and Spencers was also another one that was held for a sustained period of time

November 2005 – August 2009

  • In November 2005 I left ARC to join Ronald Thompson’s where I was given my own company vehicle and labourer. I quickly established myself as a hard working employee and asset to the company. Most of the work was back shift in Lloyd’s banks installing air con. I attended numerous training courses including Daikin VRVII / III installation and commissioning course also Mitsubishi, Toshiba and LG. Unfortunately the company went into liquidation in august 2009 and I was forced to look for other employment

ARC Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer

November 1993 – November 2005

  • I joined ARC in November 1993 when I was 17yrs old. They were a company that had just been set up by Charles Price. I passed my City and Guilds in 1995 Part 1 and Part 2. In 1998 I was given a company vehicle to install and service jobs on my own. I attended numerous courses i.e. Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Daikin, etc.
  • In 2003 I passed my City and Guilds Handling Refrigerant’s course; in 2004 I obtained PAL (Powered Access Licence). The same year I also qualified for my skill card for engineering services with the qualifications of “refrigeration / air conditioning engineer / technician-industry accreditation and City and Guilds 2078 safe handling of refrigerants
