Building Services:

  • HVAC Engineer, working on various contracts including JD Wetherspoons, the Hut Group, Vaultex and Mace Macro plus a plethora of other contracts, working on Air Con, Plumbing, Electrics, Air handling units, and Refrigeration, worked on all contracts with a perfect rating from every client
  • Working as the sole engineer in a newly renovated building in Stockport, providing reactive and planned preventative maintenance to all aspects within the facility, organising sub-contractors call outs and providing Tenants with onsite advice and maintenance
  • Working as the lead engineer in a large newly renovated shopping centre undertaking all aspects of Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance for all fabrications, plant, split units / ceiling cassettes, VRV’s and air handling units. Liaising directly with the client whilst supervising all sub-contractors and reviewing all documentation
  • Working as the sole engineer in a 17 storey new build in Manchester city centre undertaking Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance for all fabrications, plant, split units / ceiling cassettes, VRV’s and air handling units. Dealing directly with the client and supervising all sub-contractors
  • Working autonomously in a highly prestigious building within an exclusive retail and commercial area of Manchester undertaking Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance for all fabrications, plant, split units / ceiling cassettes, VRV’s and air handling units

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning:

  • Undertook work placement with a Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Company and was offered a position within the Company upon completion
  • Upon leaving the Armed Services, undertook my new career with excellent feedback from the Company’s M.D and client base

SHEP Focal Point:

  • Selected to act as focal point to a Medical Squadron for advice and practical assistance on all aspects of Health and Safety within the working environment
  • Managed and updated all relevant safety protocols including Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments and First Aid points with eye wash stations.
  • Organised the procurement of up to date Safety Data Sheets and new Hazard Warning Signs for a tracked vehicle work environment

Project Management:

  • Controlled a fleet of 12 tracked vehicles with a value in excess of £20m
  • Prepared all vehicles for upgrading and implemented the vehicle movement to the holding area. Maintained and updated all documentation for all vehicles ready for refit

Section Commander:

  • Took command of a Medical Section consisting of a Doctor and a 12 strong medical team in the field of Operations. Maintained an excellent clinical working environment in extremely arduous conditions, keeping morale high at all times
  • Consolidated all theory and practical training with on the spot assessments and personnel lacking in practical and theoretical knowledge were fully supported in gaining the most up to date protocols and training

Regimental Medic:

  • Worked within a Medical facility providing a high standard of care to a Regiment of Soldiers in line with NHS protocols and current legislation
  • Enhanced the process for which Soldiers received their correct Medical treatment
  • Built an I.T Database to show which Soldier required specific Immunisations over a 12 Month period
