  • My job role and duties as mechanical engineer are to maintain the properties of the Bank of Ireland, is to service and maintain the gas boilers, carry out all plumbing and building works and any other mechanical faults within the buildings plant rooms. Replace filters in (A.H.U’s) air handling units and carry out monthly PPM’s, also up to 2007 all properties of Bristol and West i.e. travel from site to site to maintain lights, air conditioning, the condition of the buildings fabrics and to make sure the fire extinguishers emergency lighting pat testing and tap temperature were all in date, working satisfactory and always kept to the highest standard. Within the job role I report any problems to my line manager and liaise with the help desk and assist in ways to support and continue the project
