  • Currently, I am employed as a Multi-Skilled Engineer on two government FM contracts around the Midlands
  • While at here I have been carrying out the following tasks –
  • Working with our customers to understand requirements, provide exceptional service and establishing good working relationships with the teams and help desk
  • I have knowledge of the weekly paperwork requirements, recording my time and jobs each day. Understanding of our systems and working with a PDA daily to receive and close of jobs

  • Installations of Y-Plan Systems, S-Plan Systems (conventional systems) & like-for-like boiler changes. Servicing, breakdowns, diagnostics, rectifying problems, safety testing, tightness testing, flue gas analysis, landlord safety certificates & all aspects of plumbing and heating pipework
