  • My main duties are to fully manage the full maintenance requirements needed for commercial, Education sector and large event venues. Within the above I deal with the finance and profit and loss accounts
  • Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within my contracts, Compliance record keeping to ISO 9002 Standards are met
  • Full management of agreed contract SLAs in line with the client requirements, ensuring that at all times that response times are achieved, and full management of all sub contractors
  • Attend performance review meetings including delivery of a client performance report
  • Ensure the provision of health and safe working conditions that both clients and company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented
  • Accountable to deliver turnover and profit in line with agreed contract plan on all extra works and also management of aged WIP and Debt to ensure a smooth financial transition
  • Ensuring all extra works opportunities are explored and margins are maximised
  • Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities and relationships are maintained with key clients
