  • Operations Manager with Lovell Repairs and Maintenance North Tyneside. The client is North Tyneside Council. Mobilised the contract in March 2014 which involved 2000 properties for older people being refurbished and new builds
  • Management of two Council buildings, 150,000 sq. Ft, corporate buildings plus the PFI below
  • Lead on standard approach to lifecycle management and reporting through Maximo system software. Understanding what we have inherited and re-establish lifecycle and Assets at the forefront of the contract. Using a two-phase approach for the 10 new buildings being built and redirecting asset management on the 16 buildings being rebuilt within the contract where past gathered information can be used and others written off to establish new practice through asset management gathering on Maximo software. Incorporating compliance through M and E maintenance taking on board working environment and activities
  • Managing and help compile O & M Manuals for the contract and on-going updates for the Manual’s in new operation
  • Setting up of Project, mobilisation, Tupe staff training, development of the project working in Partnership with building partners including Keep moat and Miller Construction
  • Took over the repairs and Maintenance of the contract from Kier and Capita in a seamless way to ensure Helpdesk Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators were met
  • Develop Local supply chain. To implement Statutory and Mandatory compliance. Use my knowledge of Property and Facilities Management discipline for the Mobilisation and then operating of these properties (26) with North Tyneside Council

  • Opening of two PFI Schools in January 2009 with Total Service Delivery Contractual Requirements covering Technical, Hard and Soft F.M. Services
  • Lifecycle management across education contracts, £30 million, £28 million, and £45 million. Using Maximo software implementing Property Asset Management strategy working to British standardPAS55 (ISO55000). Using this as a foundation for all asset management and Lifecycle implementation in line with contract and statutory requirements. Using LEAN within contracts to be client focused aimed at reducing waste by continually giving feedback of performance and time management skills
  • Repairs and Maintenance including Helpdesk deliverables, including HVAC/M&E/Refrigeration covering reactive, compliance, statutory and mandatory
  • Responsible for Strategic FM Services within the schools and for delivering overall customer satisfaction For FM Services

  • Facilities Contracts Manager for Kier Group in Sheffield managed Four PFI Schools. Working alongside the SPV team to deliver services on a daily and contractual basis. The client being Sheffield City Council
  • Responsible for the Service Level Agreements, and the Key Performance Indicators in relation to the contract and ensure that they are reviewed monthly.
