Contract Supervisor

October 2014 – Present

  • Managing a team of 7 Engineers across 100 sites in the Midlands and South West area for the Post Office
  • Ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is carried out in-line with specifications and statutory requirements
  • Leading planned preventative maintenance programmes including routine inspections of designated buildings, fixtures, fittings, premises and grounds to assess for work or repairs to be carried out
  • Overseeing contract operations and ensuring all standards of quality / KPIs are met
  • Undertaking all risk assessments, regulation checks and audits
  • Monitoring progress on all jobs throughout the region and maintaining availability for callout on emergency calls
  • Providing quotations for works on the contract and ensuring jobs are completed within time and budgetary constraints
