We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established on-site team at a high-end residential development in London Dock, Wapping.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of air conditioning systems across the site. The role is primarily focused on planned preventative maintenance (PPM), with additional reactive and fault-finding duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding and repair of AC systems
• Maintenance of:
• Split units
• AHUs and FCUs
• VRV/VRF systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong background in building services
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering
• Valid F-Gas certification
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
