Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer

Location: Manchester (90% City Centre)
Salary: £42,000 + Van & Fuel Card (Personal Use Allowed)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. With the majority of work based in Manchester City Centre, this role offers a consistent and local workload focused on commercial office environments of varying sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems
• Perform reactive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work on a range of systems including VRVs, VRFs, Splits, and Multi-split units
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal quality standards
• Complete accurate documentation and service reports
• Communicate effectively with clients and site contacts to maintain professional relationships
