Mobile position covering Manchester, Blackpool, and Macclesfield, working across Telephone Exchanges, Retail Stores & Commercial Offices
Salary up to £42,000 + plus Van, Fuel Card & Excellent Benefits
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (Flexible)

A leading Global Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of high-profile sites including telephone exchange centres, retail outlets, and modern commercial offices.

You'll be responsible for ensuring critical environments stay operational by delivering top-quality planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across client sites
• Responding to reactive callouts including fault diagnosis, servicing, and breakdown repairs on VRV, VRF, and split systems
• Completing water temperature checks and tap flushing in line with compliance standards
• Managing your own daily schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks and reporting
• Representing the company professionally while delivering high standards of work

What You’ll Need:

• F-Gas certification (essential)
• Experience working on VRV, VRF, and split-type AC systems
• Solid background in reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Full UK driving licence
