Air Conditioning Engineer – Up to £45,000 + Call Out + Benefits
Location: Sedgefield / Darlington
Salary: Up to £45,000
Call Out: 1 in 4 (£150 standby)
Hours: Monday–Friday
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a stable role with a leading facilities maintenance provider?
We’re recruiting for an AC Engineer to join a busy on-site engineering team supporting a large commercial site in the Sedgefield/Darlington area.
The Role:
  • PPM and reactive maintenance across air conditioning systems
  • Working on splits, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and ventilation equipment
  • Fault finding, repairs and remedial works
  • Supporting compliance and statutory maintenance
  • Working closely with the client and engineering team
  • Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4)
Requirements:
  • F-Gas Certification
  • Experience within commercial maintenance or FM
  • Strong fault-finding ability
  • Good communication and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
