Location: London & M25 Region
Salary: £44,000 - £55,000 per annum + Door-to-Door Travel Pay (Weekly Paid)

A well-established HVAC specialist delivering high-quality maintenance and engineering services across London and the M25. We work with a diverse portfolio of commercial clients including offices, universities, hospitals, and other large-scale facilities.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our mobile engineering team.
The Role
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a wide range of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment across multiple client sites.
This is a mobile role covering London and the M25, with travel typically limited to a maximum of one hour to and from site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose faults and undertake repairs efficiently and safely.
- Complete service reports and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service whilst representing the business on client sites.
- Support clients across commercial offices, universities, hospitals, and similar environments.
Requirements
Essential
- F-Gas Certification.
- Level 2 Air Conditioning Qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' mobile HVAC engineering experience following completion of training.
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and maintenance skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Experience working with refrigeration and cold room systems.
- Broad exposure to commercial HVAC maintenance environments.
Salary & Benefits
- £44,000 - £55,000 basic salary.

Working Hours
- Average working week of approximately 50 hours.
