Air Conditioning Engineer Jobs in Kettering

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a static site role with no call-out and genuine long-term career stability?

We are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious commercial site in Kettering.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a modern commercial facility carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and fault finding across a wide range of HVAC equipment.

The Role

As the site's Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning and ventilation systems, ensuring the site remains fully operational and compliant.

You'll work as part of an experienced engineering team delivering first-class Facilities Management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems

• Diagnose faults and complete reactive repairs

• Service and maintain split, multi-split, VRV and VRF systems

• Maintain AHUs, FCUs and ventilation equipment

• Complete filter changes, coil cleaning and routine servicing

• Complete maintenance reports using CAFM systems

• Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and Health & Safety requirements

• Support the wider engineering team where required

Essential Requirements

• F-Gas Category 1 Certification

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer

• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience

• Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

• IPAF

• PASMA

• Experience working on commercial HVAC systems

• Basic electrical knowledge
