Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a role with a genuine work-life balance?

We're recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading independent Facilities Management companies, who are looking to add an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to their growing Birmingham team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring air conditioning equipment is maintained to the highest standard.

Your duties will include:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive Maintenance
• Fault Finding & Diagnostics
• Servicing & Repairs
• Minor Installations & Remedial Works
• Completing Compliance Paperwork
• Delivering Excellent Customer Service

Experience Required

We're looking for engineers with experience working on:

• VRV / VRF Systems
• Split Systems
• Multi-Split Systems
• Cassette Units
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Commercial Air Conditioning Equipment

Essential Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1
• Full UK Driving Licence
