Air Conditioning Engineer – Manchester

Join our growing team of Engineers supporting a high-profile commercial  contract across the Manchester. We’re looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to help deliver top-quality building maintenance across multiple sites.

Your Role:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and AC systems across sites in Manchester 

• Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, and FCUs

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices

• Support the technical services supervisor with minor works and projects

• Respond to Help Desk requests and report to Service Managers as needed

• Accurately complete job reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• F-Gas Certification (essential)

• Proven experience in commercial air conditioning and HVAC maintenance

• Strong understanding of building services maintenance

• Full UK driving licence

• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations

• Experience with SFG20 or similar maintenance specifications (preferred)
