Job description

We are working with a client in Bermuda who have recently promoted their British ex-pat Chiller Engineer into a Contracts Manager role. He joined as an Engineer and progressed into a Supervisor Role, and now into Management.
As a result they are looking for a British Chiller Engineer to replace him on the tools, and work directly for him.
Why Bermuda? ?
Elite HVAC work, global standards, exceptional lifestyle
Bermuda is one of the world’s most established offshore business hubs, driving constant demand for high-reliability chilled-water and HVAC systems across commercial offices, healthcare, hospitality, data-driven environments and critical infrastructure.
For senior HVAC specialists, Bermuda offers:
  • No personal income tax (payroll tax applies, but overall take-home is typically higher than the UK)
  • Technically demanding plant, not “light commercial” work
  • High professional standards aligned with UK / US engineering practices
  • Short commutes, safe communities and year-round outdoor living
  • English-speaking, politically stable and highly expatriate-friendly
This is a location where top-tier HVAC skills are genuinely valued and well rewarded.
