Commercial Gas Engineer – Up to £45,000 + Call Out + Benefits
Location: Sedgefield / Darlington
Salary: Up to £45,000
Call Out: 1 in 4 (£150 standby)
Hours: Monday–Friday
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a facilities maintenance team supporting a large commercial contract in the Sedgefield/Darlington area.

We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a facilities maintenance team supporting a large commercial contract in the Sedgefield/Darlington area.

The Role:
- PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial gas systems
- Working on boilers, heating systems, pumps and associated plant
- Fault finding, repairs and remedial works
- Supporting compliance and statutory maintenance
- Working closely with the client and wider engineering team
- Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4)
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (ACS / Gas Safe)
- Experience within FM or commercial building maintenance
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Up to £45,000 salary
