Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established and growing Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial properties across South Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding across a variety of commercial sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Commercial boiler servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Plant room maintenance
• Gas safety inspections and statutory compliance
• Minor mechanical and plumbing repairs where required
• Completing electronic job reports using CAFM software
• Delivering excellent customer service across multiple client sites
• Participating in the on-call rota where required

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Valid Commercial ACS qualifications (CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, TPCP1A, CORT1 or equivalent)
• Experience servicing and maintaining commercial gas appliances
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Domestic ACS qualifications
• Plumbing or mechanical maintenance experience
• Electrical fault-finding experience
• IPAF
• PASMA
• Experience working on commercial plant rooms and Building Management Systems (BMS)
