Join a leading facilities management company supporting a newly mobilised healthcare contract across veterinary clinics and care facilities throughout Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking to enjoy a genuine work-life balance. With no call out rota, very little out-of-hours working and most sites closing by 6pm, you'll benefit from predictable working hours while maintaining a varied portfolio of clean, well-maintained commercial properties.

Although these are commercial sites, many are similar in size and layout to large residential buildings, providing an enjoyable and rewarding environment to work in.

The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of veterinary clinics and healthcare facilities.

Your workload is evenly split between:

• 50% Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
• 50% Reactive Maintenance

Typical duties include:

• Servicing domestic gas boilers
• Fault finding and repairs
• Boiler breakdown diagnostics
• Heating system maintenance
• Landlord Gas Safety inspections
• Pumps, valves and expansion vessels
• General plumbing maintenance
• Completing compliance paperwork
• Delivering excellent customer service across multiple sites

What We're Looking For

• ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
• Experience servicing and repairing domestic gas heating systems
• Previous experience within Facilities Management, housing maintenance or commercial environments
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong fault-finding and customer service skills
