Key Responsibilities

• Undertake reactive and planned commercial gas maintenance across multiple sites.
• Service, repair, and maintain gas-fired boilers, water heaters, and associated plant.
• Diagnose and resolve faults safely and efficiently in line with gas safety regulations.
• Complete work to agreed service levels and maintain accurate job records via PDA/CAFM systems.
• Participate in an on-call rota to support out-of-hours issues.
• Maintain clear communication with helpdesk, colleagues, and site teams.

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial gas engineer in a multi-site environment.
• Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1/1A, etc.) – essential.
• Strong knowledge of heating systems, boilers, and associated plant.
• Comfortable using tablets or systems for job logging and documentation.
• Willing to participate in an on-call rota (enhanced pay).
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).
