Electrical Bias Multi Skilled Mobile Engineer – North East

Salary: £40,000 - £41,500 DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established facilities management provider, for an Electrical Bias Multi Skilled Mobile Engineer to join their growing team covering the North East.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring all electrical and building services systems are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on electrical building services systems
• Complete emergency lighting, fire alarm and small power maintenance
• Undertake basic mechanical and fabric maintenance where required
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards
• Complete all job reports and maintenance documentation accurately
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sites

• Salary: £40,000 - £41,500 DOE
