• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

 About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our on-site engineering team at a leading healthcare facility in Chester. This is a site-based role with a strong electrical bias, ideal for someone experienced in building services, maintenance, and critical environments.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of electrical systems across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and building services systems
• Support the wider engineering team in maintaining critical infrastructure
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

 Key Requirements

• Strong background in electrical engineering / building services
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, 18th Edition)
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, or critical environments
• Ability to work independently on a shift rota
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
