Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a static role with no call-out and a better work-life balance?

We are recruiting for an electrically qualified engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious commercial site in Kettering.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional on-site engineering team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding across a modern commercial facility.

The Role

As the site's Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Working alongside a team of engineers, you'll deliver high-quality maintenance while building strong relationships with the client and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Respond to reactive electrical maintenance

• Fault find and repair electrical systems

• Maintain lighting, power distribution and emergency lighting

• Complete minor electrical installation works

• Carry out statutory compliance checks

• Update maintenance records using CAFM systems

• Support the wider engineering team when required

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services

• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing

• IPAF

• PASMA

• Experience using CAFM systems
