Electrical Shift Engineer

Location: Hammersmith, London
Shift Pattern: Continental (4 on, 4 off – Days & Nights)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join the Estates team at a busy Health Care environment in Hammersmith. You'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical building services equipment, ensuring the site remains fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Fault finding and electrical repairs.
• Maintenance of motors, contactors and electrical plant.
• Replacement of faulty electrical components.
• Emergency lighting testing and maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and complete maintenance records.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Experience within commercial building services maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding skills.
• 18th Edition is desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in a hospital or critical environment is advantageous.
