Electrical Supervisor – Sunbury

£48,000 | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

We’re recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join a busy, high-profile site in Sunbury. This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for a strong Lead Engineer ready to step up, or an experienced Supervisor who still enjoys being on the tools.

You’ll be overseeing a team of 4 Electrical Engineers (once fully staffed), while remaining actively involved in day-to-day engineering tasks.

The Role

• Lead and support a team of 4 electrical engineers
• Allocate works and provide technical guidance
• Remain predominantly hands-on in the role
• Support and coordinate planned works and shutdowns
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance and performance on site
• Optional participation in on-call rota

There is a strong emphasis on attitude and leadership style — we’re looking for someone who can positively manage and motivate a team while leading from the front.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong electrical background within building services / facilities maintenance
• Ideally LV authorised or experience working with LV systems
• Experience supporting or managing shutdowns
• Previous supervisory or Lead Engineer experience (or ready to step up)
• Professional, team-focused approach with strong communication skills

Additional training and qualifications will be supported for the right candidate.
