Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

We’re a fast-growing FM and refurbishment business delivering smart, sustainable solutions across the North West. We’re now looking for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to lead from the front, take ownership of works on site, and support the continued growth of our electrical FM team.


Location

  • Base: Salford
  • Main work: Manchester

The Role

A supervisory Electrical Supervisor role combining hands-on electrical work with leading small teams, overseeing delivery, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient completion of works across FM sites.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising electrical works and supporting junior engineers
  • Carrying out fault finding, reactive repairs & maintenance
  • Overseeing small works from start to finish
  • Working with helpdesk to deliver KPIs and SLAs
  • Producing job paperwork and quotations
  • Advising clients and internal teams on electrical issues
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
  • Taking part in an out-of-hours call-out rota
  • Building strong relationships across sites

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition (BS7671)
  • FM or commercial building services experience
  • Natural leader or ready to step into supervision
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator and organiser
  • Good IT/documentation skills

Bonus Points (Not Essential)

  • 2391 Testing & Inspection
  • PASMA / IPAF
  • Experience supervising or mentoring others
