Asset Supervisor looking to be based on a static site?
Our client is currently looking for an Engineering Asset Supervisor to join their team of 14 at a large research and product development site in Bracknell (RG42) - on site you'll be responsible for managing the extra works project process, maintaining company systems and liaising with the client.

Key Tasks for a Engineering Asset Supervisor:
- Manage the extra works project process as requested
- Maintaining the work tracker and report on weekly progress
- Working closely with the operations team managing the project delivery handovers
- Obtain ongoing maintenance costs for new assets
- Carry out AP duties and issue of work permits and isolation certificates
- Maintain health & safety records including e-logbooks
- Deliver quality services in a cost efficient manner
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice
- Liaise with client on a weekly basis
- IT skills including MS office & data bases
- Recognized apprenticeship
- Previous experience working in an FM environment
- Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of the team on site
- Experience with building management systems / HVAC control systems (desirable)
