Fabric Engineer
Plymouth - PL6
Monday to Friday, 8am / 5pm
£30,000 - £32,000
Our client is currently looking for a Fabric Engineer to be based at a large industrial site just outside of Plymouth - working alongside a maintenance team you'll be responsible for all reactive & planned maintenance and liaising with specialist sub-contractors.
Job Responsibilities for a Fabric Engineer:
- Supporting the technical services manager to ensure delivery of all FM services
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide out of hours support
- Deliver services in line with the business ethos and innovative solutions above the client's expectations
- Support client in delivering sector leading performance
- Complete reactive & planned maintenance across site
- Liaise and deal with specialist sub-contractors
- Ensure all KPIs and SLAs compliance are met
- Adhere to health & safety
Qualifications / Experience for a Fabric Engineer:
- NVQ or C&G qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- L8 awareness
- IPAF/PASMA (desirable)
- Confident and presentable
- Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
