Fabric Engineer

Location: Shildon

Salary: Up to £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

We're recruiting for an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious static heritage site in Shildon.

The Role

• Planned and reactive building fabric maintenance
• General carpentry and joinery repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Fire door inspections and repairs
• General building maintenance and making good
• Supporting compliance tasks and completing maintenance records

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Maintenance
• Strong all-round building fabric skills
• Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
