Role: Finance Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus company benefits
We are looking for a qualified Finance Manager ideally with Facilities Management experience to join a team in the Leeds area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our facilities management clients, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
Develop and manage the budget for our facilities maintenance department, ensuring it is in line with overall company goals and objectives.
Forecast expenses and revenue for the facilities maintenance department, using historical data and industry trends to make informed projections.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for cost savings.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to facilities maintenance.
Coordinate with other departments
Finance degree, accounting, or a related field such as AAT Qualifications
5+ years of experience in finance and facilities maintenance, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and best practices.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform decision making.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and lead by example.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance best practices and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
