Hemlow – Foot Mobile M&E Engineer

• Working across a portfolio of commercial buildings in Central London
• Foot-mobile position, travelling between sites throughout the working day
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Maintaining FCUs, AHUs, pumps, motors and HVAC equipment
• Replacing/repairing motors, valves and controls
• Electrical maintenance including lighting, emergency lighting, ballasts, batteries and small installations
• Basic plumbing including ball valves, toilet systems and control valves
• Carrying out L8 water hygiene tasks
• Responding to reactive breakdowns and resolving issues within the required timeframe
• Completing maintenance paperwork, audits and reporting any issues/action points
• Working alongside and coordinating specialist subcontractors where required
• Liaising with Building Managers and clients on site
• Must be comfortable working independently and managing a foot-mobile workload
• Strong commercial FM/building services background required
• Electrical or mechanical qualification preferred
• Multi-skilled M&E experience is ideal
• Good customer service and communication skills
