Gas Operations Manager
Location: Leicester/East Midlands
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £80,000)

A growing commercial gas and mechanical services business is looking for an experienced Gas Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across maintenance, reactive works and plant room projects.
This opportunity would suit a technically strong Gas Operations Manager with a commercial gas background and experience leading engineers, managing service delivery and supporting clients across commercial sites.

The Role
The successful Gas Operations Manager will:

• Oversee daily operations and engineer scheduling
• Support engineers with technical and operational issues
• Manage client relationships and escalations
• Support larger quotations and technical enquiries
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance works
• Work closely with office and commercial teams

Requirements
To be considered for the Gas Operations Manager position, you should have:

• Commercial Gas background
• Experience in operations, service or contracts management
• Strong knowledge of commercial plant rooms
• Experience managing engineers and service delivery
• Good client-facing and organisational skills
• Hands-on leadership approach
