Graduate Design Engineer

Salary £27,000 - £30,000
37.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday | 08:30–16:30
Office based – Poole

• Assist with the design of HVAC and Building Services projects.
• Produce manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
• Work closely with the Technical and Workshop Managers to develop design solutions.
• Support the delivery of refurbishment and decarbonisation projects.
• Liaise with workshop and site teams to ensure designs are practical and accurate.
• Full training and ongoing development provided.

Looking for:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Building Services degree desirable
• Graduate or Junior level
• CAD experience beneficial
• Strong attention to detail
• Keen to learn and develop
