Hard Services Manager
Location: Melton Mowbray
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
Salary: Up to £55,000

We are looking for an experienced Hard Services Manager to oversee engineering and hard FM operations on a static site in Waltham.
The Hard Services Manager will manage planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractors, and on-site engineering teams across a mixed commercial environment.
Key Duties
  • Manage hard services delivery
  • Oversee PPM and reactive works
  • Ensure compliance across building services
  • Manage engineers and subcontractors
  • Maintain SLA/KPI performance
Requirements
  • Time-served engineer (electrical bias preferred)
  • Experience in a Hard Services Manager role or similar
  • Strong compliance and building services knowledge
  • HNC/HND desirable
Package
  • Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30

  • 25 days + bank holidays
