Hard Services Manager
Location: Melton Mowbray
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
Salary: Up to £55,000
We are looking for an experienced Hard Services Manager to oversee engineering and hard FM operations on a static site in Waltham.
The Hard Services Manager will manage planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractors, and on-site engineering teams across a mixed commercial environment.

Key Duties
- Manage hard services delivery
- Oversee PPM and reactive works
- Ensure compliance across building services
- Manage engineers and subcontractors
- Maintain SLA/KPI performance
- Time-served engineer (electrical bias preferred)
- Experience in a Hard Services Manager role or similar
- Strong compliance and building services knowledge
- HNC/HND desirable
- Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
- Static site role
- 25 days + bank holidays
- Laptop, phone, and uniform provided
