Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday | Full Time | Permanent

We're recruiting for an experienced HVAP Technical Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider on one of Scotland's most prestigious and technically diverse estates.

The Role
As the HVAP Technical Supervisor, you'll provide technical leadership and ensure the safe operation and maintenance of the site's high voltage electrical infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP).

Supervising and supporting a team of engineers.

Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance.

Carrying out HV switching operations and electrical isolations.

Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and safe systems of work.

Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

Supporting contractor management and monitoring performance.

Assisting the Contract Manager with technical guidance and operational planning.

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For
-
Current or previous HVAP experience.

Previous experience within Facilities Management, Building Services or Critical Environments.

Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and electrical compliance.

Experience supervising engineers or leading technical teams.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and customer service.
Salary & Benefits

Up to £55,000 basic salary.
