Maintenance Electrican

Bristol BS8 | Up to £42,000 Basic | FM | No Call Out

Monday–Friday, 40 hours | Overtime Available

Role Overview:

• Static role on a live healthcare site, no travel across country
• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding on lighting, power, distribution boards, fire alarms, motors, AHUs.
• Supporting other engineers on basic mechanical tasks where required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician (C&G / NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition preferred)
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or FM environments
• Strong fault-finding and technical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Training & Development:

• Dedicated upskilling opportunities
• HTM (Healthcare Technical Memoranda) courses
