Maintenance Electrician
Location: Manchester (with travel to Yorkshire)
Salary: £44,000


About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support our growing operations based in Manchester, with travel to Yorkshire as required. The successful Maintenance Electrician will carry out installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems across a range of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties required of an Maintenance Electrician, including installation, maintenance, and repairs
  • Carry out testing, inspection, and certification (EICR)
  • Identify and resolve electrical faults effectively
  • Ensure compliance with BS 7671 regulations
  • Act as a professional Maintenance Electrician when interacting with clients
  • Complete all documentation accurately

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
  • Experience working as an Electrical Engineer
  • Strong troubleshooting ability
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable
  • 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
  • Experience in domestic and commercial settings
  • Knowledge of renewable systems (solar, EV charging)
