Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Salary: £19.50ph + On-Call + Overtime + Van

The Role

We’re hiring a Maintenance Electrician to join a leading facilities team working across a well-known hospitality estate. This is a mobile role covering pubs and venues within your local patch.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault finding, testing, and minor electrical repairs
• Maintenance of lighting, sockets, emergency lighting, and small power systems
• Supporting general building maintenance and wider FM team on-site
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with regulations

Requirements

• Experience in electrical maintenance within commercial or FM environments
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition qualification essential
• Testing & Inspection qualification desirable
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

• 37.5 hours/week (typically 8:00–4:30 with flexibility)
• 1 in 4 on-call rota (£150 standby)
