We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join an on-site team of three at a prestigious residential development in London Dock, Wapping.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £48,000 per annum
• Overtime available on an ad hoc basis

Role Overview

You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a range of mechanical systems on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding and general mechanical repairs
• Maintenance of:
• Pumps and motors
• Plant room equipment
• HVAC systems
• Plumbing systems

Requirements

• Strong mechanical maintenance background
• Experience working on pumps, motors, and plant equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
