No two days are the same — some days will involve multiple site visits while others may require full-day works at a single location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out leak detection, pipe repairs, component replacements, and minor installation works
  • Support general building fabric and maintenance tasks where required
  • Complete servicing, inspections, testing, and compliance checks in line with company procedures
  • Interpret drawings and system layouts to complete installation and repair works efficiently
  • Monitor subcontractors and issue permits to work where required
  • Complete all service reports, compliance records, and PDA documentation accurately and on time
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with RAMS, COSHH, and health & safety regulations
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused service across all commercial sites

Requirements

  • NVQ or City & Guilds Qualification in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Systems
  • Experience within Facilities Management or Commercial Building Services Maintenance
  • Strong reactive maintenance and fault-finding experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Flexible attitude with willingness to support wider building maintenance tasks
