Maintenance Plumber

Location: York

Salary: Up to £35,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious static heritage site in York.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established on-site engineering team, offering long-term stability, a great work-life balance and plenty of overtime.

The Role

• Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Maintenance of domestic water systems
• TMV maintenance
• Water temperature monitoring and tap flushing
• General building maintenance
• Completing maintenance records and compliance paperwork

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
• PPM and reactive maintenance experience
• Knowledge of water hygiene and Legionella (desirable)
• Good communication and customer service skills
