One of the leading FM companies in the South West are looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding team of engineers, working across their commercial portfolio which includes - care homes, offices, retail and leisure sites.

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete reactive and pre-planned maintenance across a commercial portfolio of contracts
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building services
- Carry out all reactive breakdowns and services
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems
- Provide technical support to other engineers
- Be a part of a call-out rota
- Keeping logbooks up to date
- NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning
- F-Gas 2079
- Great communication, customer care and problem solving capabilities
- Previous experience within a commercial maintenance
