Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: London & Surrounding Areas – Mainly within the M25
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE + Overtime
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm – some flexibility
Call Out: No mandatory call-out rota

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established HVAC company, carrying out maintenance and servicing across London and the surrounding areas.

You will mainly work across high-end residential properties and commercial office buildings, with some retail sites. This is a client-facing position, so we're looking for a technically strong engineer who is confident communicating with customers and carrying out fault finding independently.

The Role

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning servicing and repairs
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Working on VRV / VRF systems
• Split and multi-split systems
• AHUs and FCUs
• Compressor fault finding and replacement
• Identifying faulty components and completing repairs
• General HVAC maintenance
• Attending breakdowns and diagnosing technical issues
• Providing technical support and advice where required
• Working across high-end residential, commercial office and retail environments
• Liaising directly with clients while on site
• Working alongside an established team of 5 other engineers

This position does not involve chiller maintenance. Chiller experience would be beneficial but is not required.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer
• F-Gas Category 1 essential
• Strong experience with VRV/VRF, splits, AHUs and FCUs
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Previous service and maintenance experience
• City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning desirable but not essential
• Mechanical qualifications/background also considered
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong and stable employment history
• Full UK driving licence
