Mobile Electrical Engineer – Commercial Portfolio
Monday to Friday, 8am/5pm
The UK’s leading FM provider are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to work across a high-end commercial portfolio. This role involves covering a number of sites across Tunbridge, Redhill and Maidstone, with occasional travel to the head office in the City of London.
The position is Monday to Friday, working a 40-hour week. The successful engineer will primarily cover Tunbridge three days per week, with the remaining time split between Redhill and Maidstone.
The role will involve a mix of planned and reactive electrical maintenance. Around 30% of the work will be planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), with the remainder focused on fault finding, diagnostics and general electrical repairs. This role requires an engineer who is confident working independently, attending sites and delivering maintenance work to a high standard.
Salary and Package
  • Salary up to £47,000 depending on experience

Role Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the portfolio
  • Diagnose faults and carry out electrical repairs
  • Respond to reactive maintenance issues
  • Work independently across multiple sites
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records using PDA systems
Call-outs are currently very quiet, with on average only one call-out per month. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electrical Engineer looking to join a leading facilities management company and work on a well-established client portfolio.
