Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a growing FM team working across commercial properties on a secure long-term contract.

The Role

• Carry out electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings
• Fault finding, repairs, installation, and inspection/testing works
• Support HVAC, mechanical, and general building services maintenance
• Participate in call-out rota and emergency response when required
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with compliance standards

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification & 18th Edition
• Experience within FM/building services maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance experience
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• 2391 Inspection & Testing
• IPAF / PASMA
• JIB Accredited
