Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Location: Covering Bradford, York & Shildon

We're recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial and heritage sites across Bradford, York and Shildon.

The Role

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs
• Emergency lighting testing
• Fire alarm checks
• Electrical compliance and PPMs
• Minor building maintenance where required
• Liaising with clients and subcontractors
• Completing maintenance records and compliance paperwork

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
