Salary: Up to £40,000 + Door-to-Door Travel
Location: Warrington / North West
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Contract: Permanent
Call-Out: 1 in 30

About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a growing Facilities Management team, covering commercial sites across Warrington and the North West.

The role is approximately 70% reactive / 30% PPM, covering electrical fault finding, repairs, remedial works and emergency lighting.

Key Responsibilities

• Reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding.
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Electrical repairs, remedial and small works.
• Emergency lighting maintenance.
• Complete maintenance reports and job records.
• Work independently across commercial sites.
• Participate in the 1-in-30 call-out rota.

About You

• Commercial electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent.
• 18th Edition.
• AM2 preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
