Our client currently has an opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to look after 14 commercial buildings and 3 mobile engineers in Central London, on a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for; overseeing 14 sites, extra works, quotes and reactive/planned maintenance.

Job Responsibilities for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor:
- Co-ordinate and manage planned/reactive maintenance and extra works including emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Oversee all 3 engineers across account
- Provide first line support for Site Maintenance
- Provide support to the administration team as appropriate
- Review Sub-Contractor RAMS and arrange access where required.
- Provide Leadership and technical guidance to the team,
- Ensure works are programmed and planned to achieve 100% Statutory Compliance
- Quote works
- Liaising with client & management
- NVQ/C&G Level 2 or 3 Qualified in either Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 18th Edition (desirable)
- Previous experience in dealing with clients
- Well presented
- Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a wider team
